List Rental

Thank you for considering FATE magazine's mailing list for your product or service! Because we manage the entire process internally, you can be assured of very accurate, up-to-date information. Prices

You may purchase our complete mailing list, which includes all active and recent inactive subscribers at the Base List Rate below, or you may pruchase a portion of our mailing list by selecting different sort options. When selecting a portion of our list, all sort options chosen are totaled and then added to the Base List Rate. (For example: If you choose two different zip code ranges, your total cost would be $115 per thousand - $95 for the Base List Rate, plus $20 for the two zip code ranges.) There is a minimum charge of $95 per order, even if the number of names is less than one thousand. The minimum charge for list rental with sort options is $105.

Terms

Media Options: Two types of media are available: email and CD. The information will be provided in a text file so it can be sorted as needed.

Processing Time: We will do everything possible to expedite your request in a very timely manner. Generally the list can be e-mailed, or UPS can pick up the CD, within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.

Ordering Process: Client completes List Rental Order Form and sends to FATE magazine in order for us to complete the pricing information. Client must provide a copy of the literature/advertisment that will be mailed to rented list in order for approval. After total costs are finalized, FATE magazine sends List Rental Order Form back to Client to complete their portion of the Agreement section. Client then signs order agreement and sends back to FATE. Upon completion of the Agreement section by both parties, Client receives copy of fully executed List Rental Order Form and then submits payment. Payment is required prior to releasing list.

Cancellation Policy: All orders cancelled on or before mail date will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund due. All orders cancelled after mail date will incur full list rental charges. Please notify us immediately if your order is not as requested. Unless we hear of any changes in writing, we will assume the order is correct as written.

Client Guarantee: Client guarantees that the names received from this request are to be used for one mailing only and may not be used again without the consent from FATE magazine.

Shipping Fees: For CDs only. Fate will ship UPS Ground delivery free of charge. For shipments sooner than UPS Ground delivery or if a different shipping vendor is required, Client will absorb all shipping costs.

FATE reserves the right to refuse any individual or organization from purchasing our mailing list. FATE will not sell it's list for religious or political recruiting.
