A Freemason on Guard

Posted by staff On March - 15 - 2013
by Jason Vigorito

This is one of my first meetings here, among Brothers. I want to make sure I don’t do anything wrong, especially with our rituals—they are long-established, and I’d hate to get those rituals wrong.  It’s been a half hour now and I’m doing fine, thank goodness. ….What’s this? I’m seeing an image. A Brother Mason. He’s entered our large meeting room and he’s walking the room’s length to the lead officer. I’m the only one that can see him. All these guys in the room here can’t. None of them know I’m a psychic medium, none know of my abilities. This secret I keep from them, for fear of being branded as a kook. He’s an older man, grayish hair, dressed in a basic dark suit. He stops at the bottom of the steps leading to the Lodge’s Master. Stares up at the Master and gives the Masonic greeting salute. He looks puzzled, confused. He asks, ’Why don’t you return my salute?’ He hesitates. After a few seconds, the man turns right and walks across the room back out the door through which he came in. I’m terrified, what the heck was that all about?!”—Karl Petry

The Masonic Lodge on Second Avenue has stood proudly for over sixty years in Lyndhurst, NJ.  You can

easily mistake it for a church with its white color and lit stained glass window facing the street.  The Freemasons call the building by its official name, “Adoniram Lodge”.

Many Masons have come and gone through the lodge’s doors and walked its halls.  Over the years members grow absent, through sickness, moving away, or those random surprises life throws in all our paths.  In the case of Adoniram Lodge, one man continues to be a constant presence…and his membership continues after death.

After Brother Karl Petry’s first encounter with this specter, the scene happened again at the very next meeting. The same routine played out. Karl was shaken now. He felt he had no choice but to approach the Master of the lodge and tell him what he had—now twice—witnessed. “Based upon many past experiences with these situations, I was unsure how he would react to my narrative–typically, this is a moment I always dread: people grow suspicious, wary, even distrustful toward me, and I certainly didn’t want that to be the case in this situation,” Karl related to me. The Piltdown Prophecies: A Study in Hominid Hoaxes

Posted by staff On March - 14 - 2013
by Micah Hanks

Some would call it the greatest hoax of the twentieth century.

That a group of men so intimately connected with the field of paleo-anthropology might be so easily duped, because of the mixing of human and chimpanzee bone fragments, was perhaps the most shocking aspect to the scientific world. And yet, it would be close to four decades before the complete consensus on what had been dubbed the “Piltdown Man” would determine that there had been, in truth, no new discovery of an unknown primate from our ancient past, and instead merely a hoax for which the key players involved spanned from the amateur rock hound and curiosity seeker, to controversial members of the cloth.

The debacle began innocently enough in December of 1912, when Arthur Smith Woodward, at the time serving as keeper of the British Museum’s geological department, had been presented with several curious skull fragments; each had allegedly had been discovered by workmen at the nearby Piltdown gravel pit. Woodward had received the curious fragments from Charles Dawson, an amateur archaeologist and co-founder of the Hastings and Saint Leonards Museum Association, who had previously been dubbed “The Wizard of Sussex” for his uncanny success with discovering such rare and ancient artifacts.

Rise of an Early Fortean

Charles Dawson

Though a few of his discoveries were indeed considerable, Dawson’s reputation was hardly beyond reproach among many in the scientific community; fitting what one might call an early Fortean of sorts, Dawson had also been one of the first to claim discovery of a toad trapped within a flint nodule (it was petrified, unlike many instances where the discovery of live toads recovered from such stones would ensue in later years). Additionally, Dawson would draw curious attention for his studies of sea serpent reports stemming from the English Channel, as well as claims that he had discovered what he believed to be a nascent relative to the human species.

Initiation in the Modern Age

Something Funny Happened on the Way to the Supermarket:

Initiation in the Modern Age

by Patricia Ariadne PhD

The great metaphors from all spiritual traditions — grace, liberation, being born again, awakening from illusion — testify that it is possible to transcend the conditioning of my past and do a new thing.

~Sam Keen, Hymns to an Unknown God

Change Begins Within

In my psychotherapy practice, I see individuals going through life’s most difficult transitions—divorce, death of a loved one, illness and disability, loss of home or job, a broken heart.  In the last several years, I have often witnessed how these crises trigger profound transformations of a spiritual nature in people willing to navigate the complex process of spiritual awakening. For my book, Drinking the Dragon:  Stories of the Dark Night of Soul, I interviewed people undergoing intensive changes activated by distress and adversity. I believe that what I am seeing is not limited to my own practice but is an indication of a wider cultural trend triggered by environmental, economic, social, and political upheavals.

We can see what is taking place in the wider culture by simply witnessing the deep-seated changes taking place in the persons around us, including relatives, neighbors, and co-workers. Outer trials and tribulations can bring us to our knees, putting us in the frame of mind to question our former life priorities and motivations. When things are at their worst, we begin to ask, “What is life all about? Is there a purpose? Is there meaning in what is happening to me?”  It’s clear that if we continue to enjoy the status quo, and all remains well with our world, we rarely begin asking the questions that lead us to ponder our purpose, the seeming inequities of life, and the apparent randomness of events.

It’s possible to see this emerging shift in consciousness in the popular media, particularly in movies, television, and books. This shift can be seen in recent movies that question consensual reality, such as Cloud Atlas, Inception, Sliding Doors, and The Matrix; or in TV shows such as Fringe and FlashForward. In recent years, a smattering of TV shows, such as Joan of Arcadia and Saving Grace, have directly explored the main character’s relationship to God or Source. In some modern fiction, the main character embarks on a journey or quest to find more meaning in life, such as in The Road, Eat Pray Love, and The Alchemist. Read the rest of this entry »

Otherworld Portals in New York?

Posted by Robert Goerman On January - 1 - 2013
by Robert Goerman

Two things happen every morning in the Goerman household. First and foremost, my feline alarm clock, Archimedes, impatiently taps my nose until I awaken and feed him. Having obediently sated my cat’s hunger, I take coffee in hand and enjoy a scrumptious breakfast of “Phantoms and Monsters,” that fascinating blog by colleague Lon Strickler, and receive my daily dose of paranormal phenomena, cryptids, UFOs, ultraterrestrials, multidimensional beings, conspiracies and alternative news.

On Wednesday, November 7th, 2012, Lon posted a reader submission that he had received in late 2009. At that time, he asked the author, identified to us only as Dee, if she was willing to point out the location, but she deferred, responding only that it was very near Cooperstown, New York. The account is entitled “Beings From The Rock” and Dee describes her encounter that took place in the springtime of 1990.

602px-Spirit_portalDee explains how she and a girlfriend decided to take an afternoon stroll in the wooded countryside. While resting near a large outcropping of rocks, both heard a humming sound coming from one of the nooks. The girlfriend started walking toward the noise and said that the sound was coming from inside one of the large boulders.

The pair stood there for a few minutes when they noticed that this boulder seemed to shimmer like water. The shimmer grew and changed into a greenish hue. Without warning, two small beings emerged from the shimmering portal and approached the women. These humanoids were about three foot in height with long blonde hair and very dark, large round eyes. Their hands had four distinct fingers and were very rough textured. Dee and her friend found themselves paralyzed and unable to talk. Read the rest of this entry »

The Ghostly Guardians of Korner’s Folly

Posted by Kala Ambrose On December - 6 - 2012

Korner's Folly photo by Kala Ambrose

Unlike the Winchester Mystery Mansion in San Jose, California, the Korner’s Folly home in Kernersville, North Carolina was deliberately designed with style in mind. At the Winchester House, Sarah Winchester, upon the advice of a psychic, had carpenters build new rooms in her house twenty-four hours a day until her death. This ongoing construction was supposed to confuse and trick the angry spirits who had been killed by Winchester rifles from locating Sarah Winchester in her home and haunting her.

Inside the Winchester home, doors open to several- story drops below and staircases lead to the ceiling, going nowhere. The entire house winds around like a maze and by the time you’ve walked through it, you’ve walked over a mile. The effect is eerie, confusing and at times maddening.  While Korner’s Folly also has a variety of unique rooms and twists and turns, the effect feels very different; it’s charming and each rooms pulls you into an experience for the senses.

Jule created Korner’s Folly for an entirely different reason and ghosts were the furthest things from his mind.  A talented artist, Korner wanted the house to be a showplace for his work, both artistically in size and scale and to give prospective clients an idea of the various types of interior design that he could create in their homes and buildings.    The house has twenty-two rooms and there’s no easy way to describe them. Each room is unique; some fit for royalty, palatial in scale. There are trap doors, over fifteen different styles of fireplaces, cubbyholes to tuck away in, murals, and a library.

Science has explained to us that all matter is energy and with hauntings, we often see land and homes that hold the emotional energy of the occupants who lived in a home for a long period of time. We can “feel” a sad house, or a happy home and sense the energy in a building or on the land.  When something very unsettling and negative occurs, such as a battle, the emotional energy of this event stays on the land for a long time. Likewise, when a family has lived in a home for a long time where children played and great joy and love was radiated for years, it can be felt as well.

When energy, negative or positive is expressed in one area for a long period of time, it leaves an energy imprint and objects in the home like furniture can hold the emotional energy in the home. With over seventy-five percent of the furniture in Korner’s Folly being original to the home, the energy of the Korner family is felt throughout the rooms and around the property. Are You in Transition?

Tools for Transition

Relax.

Slow down. Cut back on activities. Turn off TV, limit time on the phone or computer. Walk, take a yoga class. Breathe deeply. Contemplate or meditate. Visualize a place of peace and beauty. Garden. Make soup.

Face the problem.

Avoid trying to escape your difficulty through the use  of recreational or prescription drugs, with compulsive eating, drinking, exercising, or sex or by increased social or work activity. It’s important to ask, “What is this situation trying to teach me?”

Mourn the Loss.

Change involves loss. Honor the past, remembering the things that were meaningful or significant. Create a ritual (write a letter, make a blessing) to say goodbye to certain aspects of the past that you now need to leave behind. Allow yourself a certain time to mourn, knowing that this will later give you the freedom to move on. Read the rest of this entry »

PART 2: Mystical Adventures in Egypt and Karnak with Sekhmet

You may have already read my first article on Mystical Adventures in Egypt and Dendera.  Here’s a continuation of my three visits to the country I love most in the world.

Our metaphysical tour group was scheduled to go to Karnak¹, an immense temple complex covering many acres, built and added to over many centuries.  A buzz went around our group when Mohammed Nazmy, owner of Quest Travel, announced that our group would be having a private showing inside the Ptah Sanctuary, including a very-famous statue of Sekhmet. My “Position Statement” on UFOs

Posted by Robert Goerman On August - 1 - 2012

I was recently asked to submit my “position statement” about UFOs for an upcoming book. Here is what I decided upon and submitted. Comments?

It is my current opinion that extreme close encounters with certain so-called “UFOs” and “UFOnauts” pose a reasonable danger to the witness. This threat might come in the form of “abduction” and altered memory; physical burns, temporary paralysis or worse from exposure to detrimental radiation; distortions in time or reality during the encounter; and psychical or psychological aftermath following the incident. Never approach a “UFO.”

The witness should safely photograph or video document the “UFO” sighting.

Along the Nile: True-Life Mystical Experiences in Egypt and Dendera

“Lauren Thyme is obviously a person who knows her ancient Egypt profoundly.  Her writing gives an almost hallucinatory impression of being there.  ALONG THE NILE is far and away the best novel about Ancient Egypt I have ever read.”  — Colin Wilson, world-famous author of THE OUTSIDER; FROM ATLANTIS TO THE SPHINX; THE OCCULT and many more.

…..I met Colin Wilson, a delightfully down-to-earth man, on my second of three metaphysical excursions to Egypt and we became acquainted.  I’m amazed that he intuited my hallucinatory impression of being there” when I later asked him to read my novel.   Let me take you on an earlier tour, my first trip to Egypt, when this book was first impregnated into my mind.

8th LEVEL EVOLUTION of HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS: ETHICS

Bulletin 071712

Greetings –

Hope this finds you and yours well.

I realize that it is possible to meet a nonhuman being. These encounters are a matter of record. Quite often, it is the physical appearance of these mysterious strangers, beings, and creatures that is our first clue that we are dealing with the extraordinary. But this is not always the case. There are those encounters where nonhumans play human and our understanding of the situation comes “after the fact.” Too little, too late, another opportunity is lost.

It is my fervent desire to engage nonhumans in conversation.

What to say? What to ask? What not to say? What not to ask?

You are invited to follow me on this quest. I look forward to your comments and suggestions.

What on Earth is the Sun doing to Us?

Posted by Lauren Thyme On July - 12 - 2012

For most of my life I thought of the sun as just a big ball of fire in the sky, warming our bodies, growing plants, and sometimes giving me sunburn.

Then one day in January, 2012, when I was discussing the mysterious and abrupt comings-and-goings of my physical, mental and psychological ailments with a new friend, she conveyed information about solar flares with me.  She told me about her naturopath, who tracks solar flares for her patients and their illnesses.

Auric Energy Fields and their Effect on Electronics

Posted by Kala Ambrose On July - 10 - 2012

In my work I receive a wide variety of questions from people asking for information on what is happening to them on the metaphysical and paranormal realms. Here’s a question I received regarding energy fields and how they can effect electronics.

Hi Kala, my husband is convinced that I throw off energy fields that affect electronics and I am beginning to believe he’s right. I find if I’m particularly stressed with work, I will have computer issues. Today I was turning on the TV for my son and our DVR in our bedroom went dead. We went into his room and the same thing happened. When I walked out of the room it rebooted. I came back in and sat down and it went dead. I left and it rebooted! Is there some kind of negative energy I’m emitting?

Dear Reader, your question could also be presented as: Could your energy affect the electronics in your home? The shortest answer is Yes, it can. Your husband appears to be very perceptive in noticing the correlations between the events and your energy field.

As a psychic, I see the aura around people, which is a flexible field of energy around the body with many layers. The level closest to your body, is described as the etheric body and in a sense, it’s the battery of the body, receiving and emiting electrical impulses in and out from your body. You bring energy in and you release energy, all through the auric body. There are many layers extending outward from the etheric body including the mental layer and the emotional layer, both of which are also energy fields where we store and emit energy and we bring this energy into and down into the physical body from these layers.

With our hectic lifestyles and fast paced life, we often aren’t able to release pent up energy from inside of us and it builds up until in a sense, it erupts outward to release. For some people, they release this in bursts of anger, others cry when the energy builds up to a certain level, and some people release it with a nervous energy (examples include: hair twirling, fidgety hands, and rocking the legs while sitting).

For some people, who also tend to have psi abilities, they release this pent up energy in a wave. I refer to it as an energy blast, which can affect the environment around them. One way that these people begin to notice this effect, is that they will find when walking or driving by street lights, that the lights will go off or turn on when they pass by. If this has happened to you, you are releasing this pent up energy or someone near you is releasing their energy. Read the rest of this entry »

PAY ATTENTION — For Your Well-Being, Become a Good Psychic

I’ve talked to some successful people.  One thing those people had in common is what they call “gut feelings” or “instincts” when it comes to knowing who to trust or when to sign that important deal.

Beekman Arms Rhinebeck New York

The Beekman Arms Inn located in Rhinebeck, New York, was established in 1766 and is recognized as the oldest operating Inn in the country. A gentile piece of history, the Inn allowed the 4th Regiment of the Continental Army to practice on its front lawn in preparation for the American Revolution. Over the years, the Inn has seen its share of action and honored guests, George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Benedict Arnold, William Jennings Bryan, and Franklin Roosevelt have all slept here and all of the above have enjoyed a drink at the Inn’s Tavern, including most recently Bill Clinton.

Located in the center of the Village of Rhinebeck, the Inn is charming and inviting and as an added treat, has been updated to accommodate modern amenities. The result is pleasing and comfortable and welcoming to any traveler and the Inn continues to provide hospitality with the grace and allure of the old traditions.

On a recent journey to Rhinebeck, I stayed at the Beekman in the Townsend House. The room was spacious, comfortable and to my surprise, included a fireplace, a writing desk, two wing back chairs and a decanter of sherry waiting to warm me from the evening air. The room also had an enormous walk in closet, so large that it included a sink, a mini fridge and enough room to store 10 to 12 suitcases or trunks.

Settling in to sleep that evening, I woke at 3:30 am to the sounds of hearing heavy boots stomping across the floor in the room. Alarmed, I sat up and turned on the light next to the bed, as I assumed that the sound was coming from my husband, who must be up and moving something around in the closet. As I turned the light on and sat up in bed, the noise stopped. Calling out to my husband, I heard a snorting next to me and turned to see that he was deeply asleep next to me in bed. Fully awake at this time, I sat up for a few minutes, thinking that I must have been dreaming and that the sound I had heard had come from a dream.

This further perplexed me, as I am a person who has been able to remember at least three dreams every night of my life since I was a young girl and I teach about dreams and dream interpretations. I wake each morning and review my dreams and categorize them into dreams that are teaching me something, dreams from the other side communicating with me, and dreams from my subconscious that help me to work out what is going on in my life. There are also dreams that mean nothing, that occur when one is not feeling well or ate something too heavy before going to bed.

As I sat in bed thinking about how I woke up, what troubled me was that I remembered the dream that I had been having, and it had nothing to do with a man stomping around and walking. That noise, had actually entered into my consciousness and interrupted my dream and woke me up, with the feeling that someone was in the room. Taking a sip of water, I looked at the clock which now read 3:45am and I resigned myself to going back to bed, as tomorrow was an early day. As I turned off the lights and prepared myself for bed, the stomping of the boots began again! This time, I knew it wasn’t a dream. Read the rest of this entry »

NRA Says “Do No Harm”

Posted by Robert Goerman On June - 27 - 2012

It can happen to you! Anyone anywhere can encounter mysterious strangers, beings, and creatures at any time. Meetings might occur at o-dark-thirty on an isolated country lane or along a bustling boulevard or in the dead of night in the comfort and safety of your own home. It is possible to experience aliens, hairy bipeds, little people, Men in Black, winged humanoids, and things that defy any classification. When it happens to you, please do no harm.

Let us break this endless response of human fear and violence.

As an investigative scholar of weird and terrifying phenomena, I have been fortunate enough to have my writings featured in national magazines and my research serve as source material for many books and popular television shows such as Unsolved Mysteries, The Unexplained, History’s Mysteries, Animal X, MonsterQuest, and Dark Matters: Twisted But True.

My latest endeavor is the creation of the Nonhuman Research Agency.

Confrontation must give way to conversation. It begins with those authors, field investigators, and researchers that pursue transient anomalies. We must develop a profound pacifism and give serious consideration to what dialog we might initiate whenever and wherever man meets mystery. We can influence future eyewitnesses to stay calm and safe and deal with these situations on an entirely different level.

When you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always got.

It is time for a change.

Feel free to contact my Nonhuman Research Agency and share your insight and experiences. As a professional, I respect the wishes of colleagues and witnesses and promise to safeguard confidences and privacy.

Haunted Tales from the USS North Carolina

Posted by Kala Ambrose On June - 18 - 2012

USS North Carolina

Commissioned in 1941, the USS North Carolina was considered to be one of the world’s most formidable ships.  During WWII, the North Carolina participated in every major naval offensive in the Pacific, earning fifteen battle stars, and was known as the protector of aircraft carriers, including saving the USS Enterprise in 1942.

On December 7, 1941, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor using 353 Japanese fighters and torpedo planes.  Four battleships were sunk and four others damaged. Two destroyers and three cruisers were sunk and almost three hundred and fifty aircrafts were destroyed or severely damaged.  Over 2,400 men were killed and more than 1,200 injured. The overwhelming devastation was a huge shock to the nation.

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, almost all of the Pacific fleet was destroyed. The first wave Japanese attack inflicted most of the damage and the second wave returned to demolish anything left standing. Japan and the U.S. were in peace talks at the time, so the attack came as a surprise, as no declaration of war had been delivered before the attack. With this act, the U.S. then declared war and entered World War II.

The surviving sailors in Hawaii were in a state of despair; they had lost many of their friends along with their ships and they were isolated on an island far away from the mainland. The attack had been swift. Reinforcements and supplies were going to take months to arrive in Hawaii. Feeling alone and grieving, the men waited for seven long months for reinforcements to arrive. The Mystery of the Lost Colony of Roanoke

Posted by Kala Ambrose On June - 12 - 2012

Outdoor Stage at the Lost Colony of Roanoke Theater. photo by Kala Ambrose

It’s summer time in North Carolina and for many people here it’s time to getaway to the beach. When I visit the beaches of NC, my thoughts always return to Virginia Dare and the Lost Colony of Roanoke. Their time spent here on the beach was far less relaxing as they braved hostile natives, endured heat, mosquitoes and disease and struggled to survive from day to day.

Here’s how their adventure began… In 1584, explorers were sent to Roanoke Island (a narrow island situated between the Outer Banks and the mainland of North Carolina) by Sir Walter Raleigh to determine if the area would be well suited to establishing a colony. Upon their return, they delivered a positive report of the location, which included a list of the abundant natural resources surrounding the area and findings that Roanoke was better protected from the elements than the Outer Banks. The island appeared all around to be a good choice for a settlement with live oaks and plenty of other trees to build cabins and a variety of wildlife to hunt for food. Sir Walter Raleigh delivered the information to Queen Elizabeth and she granted Raleigh a charter to all the lands that he could claim in the area.

The next year Sir Raleigh sent out a group of one hundred men, mostly soldiers and craftsmen to establish the colony under the guidance of Ralph Lane, a military captain. The group met with poor results from the beginning and departed the area.

Sir Raleigh responded to the news of Lane’s departure by gathering a party of one hundred and seventeen men, women and children who were willing to sail from England in order to establish a permanent settlement in the New World.   As the group sailed to the New World, their leader John White included in his party his pregnant daughter Eleanor Dare.  Upon their arrival, the situation was hostile on all fronts and the colonists asked John White to return to England to gather support and supplies.

Three years after Eleanor gave birth to her daughter Virginia Dare, her father John White returned to Roanoke Island to find everyone and everything missing. All traces of the settlement had disappeared. There was no sign of struggle nor were there any signs of where the group had gone.  His heart raced with terror, were his daughter and his granddaughter alive? Had someone taken them?  There had been no way to get a direct message to them for the past three years. The colonists had no news source and relied on ships that very infrequently stopped in the area. It’s highly likely that the colonists might not have known about the war that had kept White from traveling back to them. They may have presumed White to be dead or lost at sea.

Imagine how Eleanor must have felt, a new baby and practically defenseless, waiting each day in such dangerous territory, cradling her small daughter Virginia while everyone rationed the dwindling supplies.  John White understood this and more, realizing that his dream of starting the first settlement in the new world and bringing his daughter with him, had led to her destruction. MidSummer Rituals and Festivities in New Orleans

Posted by Kala Ambrose On June - 4 - 2012

Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau's House of Voodoo in New Orleans. Photo by Kala Ambrose

Midsummer (June 23) in New Orleans is celebrated in a festival also known as St. John’s Eve. During Midsummer, it is said that the Goddess manifests as Mother Earth and the God as the Sun King. In Celtic lore, it regarded as the best time to see fairies and in pagan times it was the feast of the Goddess Aine. In later days as Christianity took over the holidays from the pagans, they changed the festivals to feasts for Saints.

Currently in Catholic celebrations, June 23rd is known as St. John’s Eve, with St. John’s Day celebrated on the 24th, as the day of his birth, though it is not confirmed whether this is the actual day of his birth. It is interesting to note that the pagan story commemorated the balance and changing of rule between the Oak King and the Holly King and then in Christianity, it became representations of the birthday of St. John to represent Summer Solstice and the birthday for Christ as Winter Solstice.

This eve culminates the celebration of Summer Solstice. It begins at dusk on the 23rd and continues till sunrise on the 24th. This day is one of several days throughout the year where the veil is thin and communication with the spirit world is strong and easily accessed.

Though the heat of Summer is just beginning, this date actually begins the ‘metaphorical’ decline of the Sun as it embarks on its journey to the Underworld, which will culminate on December 21st, the darkest day of the year.

Loaded with symbolism, St. John’s Eve was and is still celebrated throughout Europe, with bonfires, parties and celebrations. Perhaps there is no place on earth where St. John’s Eve is celebrated like it is in New Orleans. The French people brought Catholicism with them as they moved to Louisiana and in New Orleans it mixed in easily with traditional African magic, rituals and rites. This blending of the two cultures found common ground in lighting candles in prayer to ancestral spirits and asking saints to intervene when help was needed, as well as revering divine feminine figures in both religions. MAYAN CALENDAR: The new species evolution has been waiting for

Posted by Lauren Thyme On May - 30 - 2012

I’m here to tell you about the Good News!

We all know about the bad news.

So much bad news we can’t take it in anymore.  We turn our heads, distract our minds and hearts, because the bad news is so huge, so alarming, so pervasive, so seemingly-impossible to fix, we tune out.  “I’m just one person.  What can I do?”

The good news I extrapolate from the Mayan Sacred Calendar – no, not the famous one that people say foretells doom and gloom.   I mean the evolutionary Calendar of Consciousness.  It’s a calendar not of time, but events.  This Calendar tells us we’re more than okay; we’re evolving/evolved into a new species, one that is capable of conscious co-creation.  The species that all of evolution has been planning, nurturing, and waiting for!   Us!! It is my pleasure to share this interview with FATE readers.

Kala: Hi Christine, as the author of Pleiadian: Initiations of Light, can you describe to our readers – ‘who are the Pleiadians’?

Christine: The Pleiadians are from the star burst cluster called the Pleiadies. Their planet operates from a 5th dimensional consciousness, which means they operate from an unconditional loving space. They are part of the Universal Consciousness/ part of the oneness, the God consciousness. They are working in alignment with the Spiritual realms here on this earth plane to assist us all in our transition.

Kala: When did you have your first experience with the Pleiadians and what is your current relationship with them?

Christine: In 1986 I had a spiritual awakening, they were with me then, however they did not reveal themselves to me at that time, it was later that I become aware that they were present then and supporting me in my unfolding. My first conscious connection with them was in 1996 when they appeared and communicated directly to me. My current relationship is very strong with them, I feel as though I have become the Pleiadian ambassador for the Pleiadians on this planet. My role is to help to form a bridge between them and the human race, so that they can bring these light initiations to as many people as possible. My role is to bring to people’s attention the presence of the Pleiadians so that they can begin to open up to their help and utilize what is being made available to us now. My role is also to assist the Pleiadians to understand more about our humanness so that they can work more effectively with us to utilize these light initiations. I have a very close connection with them, almost like family. They have played a huge role in my self- realization process. I am in daily contact with them. Read the rest of this entry »

A NEW THEORY OF CROP CIRCLES

Posted by Lauren Thyme On May - 27 - 2012

Last night I had an epiphany about a new theory on crop circles, one I haven’t yet heard about from anyone else.

HERE’S MY NEW THEORY:

Crop Circles are a conscious, well-thought-out-and-executed PLAN by Beings of Higher and Compassionate consciousness to help us “wake up.”

Can the Human Energy Fields affect Electronics?

Posted by Kala Ambrose On May - 21 - 2012

Auras and Chakras are part of the Human Energy Field

Recently a reader wrote to me with a question about the aura. She wondered if our human energy field could have an effect on electronics and she shared a personal experience which said… “Hello Kala, I have a digital alarm clock that I used to have to reset every 5 days or so because it gained time. I’ve had this clock a few years and its always been this way. My mother’s room was adjacent to mine. She recently died and since then I haven’t had to reset my clock!! Could she have affected the clock’s mechanism? It sounds weird but a few years ago she went to see a psychic who I had seen as well as other members of my family. He knew the names of deceased relatives, etc. There was no problem reading me or other members of my family. And no, we didn’t volunteer information as we were somewhat skeptical and didn’t want to give him any clues he could work from. Anyway, my mother went to see him and he was stumped. He tried and tried but he couldn’t read her. Are there people who can affect clocks, etc without knowing it? Thank you”.

I found this question most intriguing and a topic that I’ve discussed in depth in my book, The Awakened Aura: Experiencing the Evolution of Your Energy Body (Llewellyn 2011).  My response to this question is as follows:

Thanks for writing with a most intriguing question. You ask – “Are there people who can affect clocks, etc without knowing it”?

The short answer is Yes and it has been studied, researched and discussed by people in both the spiritual and scientific realms.

The Aura Body and Energy

As an intuitive, I’ve seen auras since childhood. Over the years, I began to study what I saw in the aura, observing the energetic patterns and shapes as well as short energy bursts that I would see erupting from the body, similar to what occurs when the sun emits a solar flare. These energetic bursts are capable of disrupting electronics and are felt by other people who have intuitive ability and are sensitive to energy. Some people are aware of the energy they can build and for others it is a complete surprise when it occurs.

In some cases, it is not a burst of energy that is created, but rather energy residue that has built up and is trapped within the aura and energy bodies and is not able to be released properly. To imagine what this looks like in the field surrounding the body, visualize a thunder storm right before the rain is released from the clouds. The clouds are heavy and full, the energy gathers and the air feels pregnant, ready for a release. If the conditions are not right and the rain is not able to gently fall, tumultuous weather patterns can occur with lightning and high winds. Energy blocked in the fields can cause similar disruptions as it seeks to be released. When there is a blockage which stops the release of energy, it builds like a thunderstorm and can create havoc. Exploring the Haunted History of the Winchester Mystery House

“The tender word forgotten, The letter you did not write, The flower you might have sent, dear, Are your haunting ghosts tonight” – Margaret Elizabeth Sangster

You’ve heard of haunted houses, but what about a house designed by the haunted to keep the ghosts at bay?

In San Jose, California, a house just of this nature exists. It all began back in 1862, when Sarah Pardee married William Wirt Winchester, the manufacturer of the infamous Winchester repeating rifle. Sarah gave birth to a daughter Annie, who soon died from marasmus at only 42 days old. This fact is intriguing, as marasmus is caused by a lack of nutrients, displayed as energy deficiency (wasting away). Could the haunting of Sarah by spirits, already been around her at this time, depleting her energy and resources while pregnant? Her husband William later died from tuberculosis. Alone and grief stricken after losing her only child and husband, Sarah journeyed to Boston to speak with a spiritualist medium, seeking advice on why her life had been filled with such great misfortune.

The spiritualist medium reportedly told Sarah that she was haunted by the spirits of hundreds of ghosts, the spirits of those who had been killed by a Winchester repeating rifle. These spirits included soldiers from the Civil War, Native Americans and cowboys in the Wild West.

The medium went on to explain that in order to escape the continued hauntings, Sarah would need to move out west and to build a house. The house would not be an normal type of house, rather the construction must never cease. According to the medium, as long as construction was ongoing in the home, it would keep the angry spirits disoriented, while providing a place for the good spirits to commune with Sarah and protect her from further danger. In addition, the architectural design was meant to be complicated and confusing in order to vex and confuse the angry spirits, which would distract them from finding and further haunting Sarah. Sarah took this advice to heart and moved from Connecticut to San Jose, California and bought over 160 acres of land, where she began and continued construction on a home, which is now referred to as the Winchester Mystery House.

After her husband’s death, Sarah received twenty million dollars along with shares of stock in the Winchester Repeating Arms Company. It is reported that the dividends that she received averaged about one thousand dollars a day, along with her millions in the bank. This was in the late 1800′s, into 1900′s, when there was no income tax and the average rate of pay was less than a dollar a day. Read the rest of this entry »

Are you a Conduit?

Posted by Lauren Thyme On May - 2 - 2012

Out of 7 billion people, there are approximately 5 million human beings on this planet right now who are Conduits. There is one Conduit for every 144,000 people — men, women, children, babies, old people, disabled people, dying people, those in comas — in every corner of the globe. When a human being dies or is born, there is an instant restructuring, so that every person remains shielded and serviced by a Conduit.

I was listening to a nice man on YouTube today who calls himself Free Spirit. Today he was passing on an urgent message I have heard a lot in the last several years. The message is: the planet is facing critical and extreme woes in the 3rd dimension. That includes accidents such as the Deepwater Horizon spill, Fukishima nuclear accident, as well as pollution of air, water, food, economic meltdown, political and financial foul-play, and increasing solar, earthquake, and volcanic activity.

Free Spirit, along with many famous and ordinary people, believe our planet Earth is getting ready to ascend to a higher dimension, most likely in 2012. If all this is true, then we, as inhabitants on this planet are faced with choices, whether we are aware of them or not. We can be overtaken by death of our three dimensional bodies. Or we can decide to align with the ascension of our planet.

I have been watching increasing problems with interest. I observe that human beings seem to ignore complications until extreme problems are about to happen. We are not to blame. Our human brains are wired to take action if a “bear is at the cave door” (fight or flight) but longer-lasting, complex worries are tough to get our heads around. Not to mention any disinformation or outright lies perpetrated by media and political sources, for money-and-power advantages.

The Universal Bank Account

Posted by Lauren Thyme On April - 25 - 2012

The Universal Bank Account is not just about money.

I recognized early in my life that the universe has an explicit connection between “giving” and “receiving.” The connection is like a revolving door, similar to Sir Isaac Newton’s law of motion: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.   I call it the UNIVERSAL BANK ACCOUNT.

The Importance of PSYCHIC / SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT

Posted by Lauren Thyme On April - 24 - 2012

Lately I feel disturbed, as though our world has decided to become a genuine Tower of Babel. Not with a multitude of languages but an overwhelming spewing of beliefs – with each person seeming to think that his or her belief is the only accurate one. And there is a battle of these beliefs. Encouraging others to engage in battle. The battle creates war, frightening or separating or polarizing each other into — not just two warring camps — but many.
