Biological Warfare and Animal Die Offs— Is There a Connection?

The recent wave of deaths of animals around the world – of fish, birds and hundreds of cattle – has generated a wealth of theories for the deaths that range from perfectly natural “die-offs” to a coming apocalypse of Biblical proportions, and just about anything and everything in between.
