Out-of-Body Healings

The out-of-body experience (OBE) is surely one of the most transformational experiences that a human being can have.

What exactly is an OBE? According to OBE researchers, each person has not only a physical body, but also a duplicate, non-physical “astral” body. Using relaxation and visualization techniques, one can learn to travel out of the physical body using the astral body. In fact, most OBE experts agree that everybody goes out of body each night during sleep; we just don’t remember.

Unlike the physical body, the astral body has the ability to fly, move through walls, and even travel into other dimensions. Beyond this, the possibilities are literally infinite. Visiting deceased loved ones, learning about past lives, meeting your Higher Self…all these things and more are possible.
