Humankind has been aware that it is a part of a larger community of powers and principalities, seen and unseen, physical and nonphysical, since at least the Paleolithic Age (c. 50,000 b.c.), when primitive artists painted images of supernatural beings on the walls of their caves. As early as the third millennium b.c., the written records of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia recognized a hierarchy of supernatural beings that ruled over various parts of the Earth, the universe, and the lives of human beings. Flora, the Garden Angel’s Story

I was a skeptic in all things paranormal until the death of my beloved, much admired wife Jeanne, when I realized that she was communicating something important to me through our garden angel.

Less than two months after her death from cancer on December l, 1997, an incident happened at our home in Asheville, North Carolina, that caused me to re-evaluate my beliefs. I have now accepted that communication can happen between people who love each other after one of them has left this physical world. On a late afternoon in the early spring of 1972 I was involved in my second auto accident in ten months. Another drunk driver hit my car, but this time the injuries were devastating. I blacked out for a moment. When coming to I witnessed the smoldering wreckage of the other vehicle. For sure I thought the other driver was dead. Twisted metal blocked my view for a moment.
